A Research On The Perfection Of Constitutional Supervision Procedure

The implementation of constitution law shall not be separated from good and sound constitutional supervision system,which bases on the well-established constitutional supervision procedure.In our country,the constitutional supervision is established on the theoretical basis of people's sovereignty,rule of law,power restriction and human rights protection.Although the subject,object,legal consequence etc.of constitutional supervision has been regulated in the current constitution law and other laws,the lack of well-established procedural safeguard seriously affects the effect of constitutional supervision,and also affects the implementation of constitution law and the establishment of constitutional authority.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the perfection of constitutional supervision procedure.Through the collation of domestic and foreign research results on constitutional supervision procedure,this thesis makes a research on the concept,operational characteristics,significances of constitutional supervision procedure,and elucidates the aspects essential factors of constitutional supervision procedure.According to the regulations of constitution law and other laws together with the practical reality of constitutional supervision in our country,this thesis makes a general analysis on the main problems of constitutional supervision procedure in our country.On the basis of the above,this thesis puts forward measures to perfect the constitutional supervision procedure systematically from the aspects of the establishment of the basic principle,the renewal of the concept of constitutional supervision,the enlargement of the object scope and the supporting of the concrete steps,expecting that the constitutional supervision in our country can be truly implemented to promote the realization of the goal of governing the country according to law with its function of safeguard for the constitutional implementation.
