The Research On The Supervision And Security System Construction For The Implementation Of Constitution In Our Country

Our constitution has promulgated more than30years. The research of the constitution implementation of our country has been the focus of constitutional scholar. This was partly due to the constitution implementation of our country are not so well. There are many problems should to be solved. On the other hand, many people accept the idea that we should govern the whole country according to the constitution in the recent years. Citizens pay much attention to the constitution. People have a new demand on the constitution. This paper focused on the problem of the constitution implementation. Proposed to build the supervision and security system which with Chinese characteristics to let the constitution’s implementation come to real.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter discusses the necessity and significance of the thesis topic selection. The second chapter describes the present situation of the constitution implementation with Chinese characteristics. Make sure what problems we are already have faced. The third chapter focuses on analyzing three major supervision and security system model of the constitution implementation in the world. The fourth chapter gives us a view of building the constitution implementation’s supervision and security system’s advantages in our country. The fifth chapter gives an idea of how to build the constitution implementation of construction supervision and security system with Chinese characteristic. In the end, it comes to the conclusion that the supervision and security system of the constitution implementation include constitutional review system、the constitutional right almsgiving system、unconstitutional punishment system. How to supervise and ensure the implementation of the constitution is a very important problem about constitutional practice all around the world. We should make sure that the supervision and security system of constitution implementation conducts within the range allowed by the constitution and based on the situation of our country.
