Research On Police Psychological Stress During Social Transformation

The police psychological pressure has become an increasingly hinder to block the healthy development of the police force,the improvement of working efficiency and their professional image during social transformation.A series of negative events arise increasingly year by year based on the psychological pressure.Hence,focusing on police psychological pressure,exploring its source and causes,putting forward the targeted countermeasures and suggestions possess certain reference value and practical significance for promoting the healthy development of the police force,improving their work efficiency,enhancing their public image and cohesion,better playing their roles of fighting crime and servicing society.The research is in accordance with police’s perspective,with a beginning on the study of psychological pressure,in which its basic situation,development trend,related theoretical basis as well as the achievements are summarized and research direction and method are put forward.The method of qualitative analysis is adopted in the paper core to analyze the cause of police psychological pressure in the broadest possible scope of police classifications,ages,job,family environment and feelings on pressure.Meanwhile,targeted specific opinions are put forward combining study and referring to domestic and abroad experiences and the direction of continuing study is defined after organizing gain and loss in study.In recent years,although more researches on the police psychological stress appear,problems as the range of research object is relatively narrow,the problem analysis not thorough enough,countermeasures and suggestions are not comprehensive still exist.On the basis of absorbing former theoretical research,this research puts forward practical viewpoints from actual work focusing on the causes and countermeasures of police psychological pressure.The research has positive significance for enriching theoretical system on police psychological stress research,also has urgent practical significance for promoting the healthy and stable development of the police force,realizing ruling by law and maintaining social stability.
