The Communication Performance Studyof Violence Terrorism Emergency Response

By the impact of multiple domestic and international factors,violence terrorism emergency occurs frequently in China,which has brought a severe test to the government and society.As a key to deal with violence terrorism emergency,the emergency response need achieve fighting against terrorists,evacuating masses,rescuing hostages and other goals in a very short period of time.Communication plays an important role in this situation.By improving communication performance,the response agent of violence terrorism emergency can take effective and efficiency actions.Therefore,explore the influencing factors and relationship of communication performance in the process of violence terrorism emergency response,propose the relevant coping strategies to improve the communication performance has important theoretical and practical significance.First of all,this paper on the basis of collecting a large number of literature,defines and summarizes the related concepts and characteristics of the violence terrorism emergency,violence terrorism emergency response and communication performance.Then,it analyze the relevant influencing factors of communication performance in violence terrorism emergency through the semi-structured interviews,extract several main influence factors which are contingency plan,communication behavior,communication model,emergency resource and agent quality.After that,based on the Media Synchronicity Theory and Task-Technology Fit Theory,combined with the study of semi-structured interview,this paper identifies seven factors which are the fit of communication process and communication media,communication behavior and situational variables(agent ability,situnational adaptation,contingency plan,communication model and emergency resource),determines the relationship between the factors,constructs the emergency response communication performance model in violence terrorism emergency and uses the structural equation method to verify it,draw the conclusion that the fit of communication process and communication media has positive effect on communication performance,and situational variables have strong indirect effect on communication performance.Finally,on the basis of the verification results,researcher puts forward the strategies for improving the emergency response communication performance in violence terrorism emergency from three aspects: the fit of communication process and communication media,the training of emergency response agentability and quality,and the optimization of emergency response communication model.This paper aims to open up a new research perspective on the emergency management in violence terrorism emergency,and explores the way to improve the emergency management system of violence terrorism emergency in China.It provides valuable suggestions for the development of the emergency management in violence terrorism emergency.
