Test And Analysis Of Quality And Ability Of The Grassroots Selected Graduates In Shijiazhuang

Selected graduates are undergraduate or higher degree graduates with both excellent characters and learning,who is elaborately selected by the organization department the Party Committee of the province.Since the 1960 s,selected graduates system has cultivated a large number of outstanding young cadres for the Party and the country.More and more excellent college graduates have joined in the cadres of grassroots construction.The level of age,education and professional skill of the Party and government cadres have been improved.This work also has provided talents security for the local economic and social development.In recent years,the number of selected graduates has expanded,the entrance examination,training,management,and regulations of selected graduates have been constantly improved.However,because of the increasingly complex situation and missions,the work is faced with new tasks and challenges.This paper takes the quality and ability of the grassroots selected graduates in Shijiazhuang as research object.Based on the relevant domestic and abroad research of quality and ability tests for civil servants,the paper firstly used the method of literature and interview to preliminary build a quality and ability system of selected graduates from Shijiazhuang grassroots.Then,using questionnaire method,this study selected the key factor of quality and ability,and used the Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to confirm the index weight at all levels.So that,the test model of quality and ability could meet the requirement of grassroots selected graduates in Shijiazhuang.After that,we used the model to test the quality and ability of the grassroots selected graduates in five counties in Shijiazhuang.At last,according to the real problems of the grassroots selected graduates in Shijiazhuang,this paper gave some improvement strategies.We hope this work is able to enhance the scientific and standardized levels of the grassroots selected graduates' work,point out the basic directions for the grassroots selected graduates in Shijiazhuang to improve themselves and explore their work potential at utmost.
