| Selecting excellent college graduates to the grassroots training exercise is a strategic measure in the history of the cadre and personnel system in China. Since the 1960s, selecting graduates system has cultivated a large number of outstanding young cadres for the Party and the country. More and more excellent college graduates have joined in the cadres of grassroots construction. The ages, educational level and professional skills of the Party and government cadres have been improved. This work also has provided personnel security for the local economic and social development. In the process of the selected graduates work, most of the focus was on the selecting graduates recruitment before. However, in order to accomplish the selected graduates work, the education work of selected graduates is very important, especially selected graduates training. Selected graduates training is a groundwork and the key step of the whole selected graduates working system. It also has great practical significance to cultivating the learning ability of selected graduates, developing their potential, improving the comprehensive quality in the aspects of knowledge and skills. How to improve selected graduates training effectiveness and accelerate the development of the selected graduates work through training have become the common issues that Party and government, selected graduates training institutions and selected graduates concerned.This paper targets at selected graduates training mechanisms, and its main line is improving the quality of selected graduates training. It collates and summarizes the research of some issues related to the selected graduates work. Based on an overview of the selected graduates work in Guangxi, it emphatically summarizes and analyzes the operation of each link in selected graduates training in Guangxi, which including training organization system, training content, training methods, evaluation of the training effect and so on. Targeting at the lack of the importance of selected graduates training, the lag of training concept, the lack of the target on training content, simple training methods, low satisfaction on training needs, the lack of training teachers, unsound evaluation system of the training effect and other issues in the training mechanisms of selected graduates in Guangxi, this paper analyses these issues from the aspects of philosophy and cognition, training content and methods, training management, and therefore put forward the following suggestions to perfect the training mechanisms of selected graduates in Guangxi. First, we should improve the cognition on selected graduates training. Moreover, the scientific training system is a must. Last but not at least, we should perfect the training of the organization and implementation. |
