A Study On The Village Convenience Service Center Of"building A Model Of Government,enterprise And Society"

In 2011,in order to comprehensively enhance the level of public services in rural areas,Zhejiang Province took the lead in the construction of village convenience service centers across the country and covered the province with convenient networks.However,after the completion of the convenience center is still generally low service input.Service content is more single and other issues,can not give full play to its due role to meet the needs of the rural masses service.For the existing problems,Suichang County from 2012 onwards,the first in the country on the existing village convenience service center conducted a comprehensive restructuring of institutions and functions,to explore the government,society and enterprises to build and share convenient service model.That is "Government,business and social common construction" mode.As soon as this model was launched.It was recognized by the society and won the "2014 Top Ten Social Governance Innovation Awards for China's Well-to-do Society" and quickly aroused the attention of the Ministry of Agriculture.Many times,it organized personnel to go deep into the research of "Suichang County Government and Enterprises Social common construction " mode.In May 2015,the Ministry of Agriculture sent the national information to the village households to attend the on-site conference and chose Suichang to further promote the rural public service in the country.The "Suichang Mode for the Government,Enterprises and the Community to Build Together" was launched.In the meantime,Suichang County also included 203 models of universal public service in rural areas in the entire county,namely,"government,enterprises and the common construction ofsociety" into the ten practical tasks of the county government in 2015.This article is divided into six parts to discuss the "Suichang model of village convenience service center for government,enterprises and society".The first part of the introduction.The second part introduces the research background and related concepts.Including the formation process,development status and limitations of traditional village convenience service centers and the background,connotation,service advantages and development prospects of village convenience service centers built by government,enterprises and society.The third part introduces the construction and operation of village convenience service center in Suichang County,which is "jointly building government,enterprises and society",and analyzes the innovation points.The fourth part explores the risk prevention and control strategies of the village convenient service center "government,enterprises and society building together".The fifth part analyzes the service advantage and service effect of the village convenient service center "government,enterprise and society building together".The sixth part studies the existing problems of village convenience service centers for "government,enterprises and society building together" and puts forward reasonable suggestions for further expansion and development so as to promote a nationwide service center for village conveniences "to jointly build government,enterprises and society" to promote.
