Study On Supply Cost And Efficiency Of Public Goods Investigation And Research On Water Supply Situation In Xi’an City

The price change of tap water is directly related to the vital interests of the masses of people.Therefore,it is a difficult problem to face and solve the water price adjustment process in order to ensure the reasonable income of the water supply enterprises.Aiming at this problem,the author based on the tap water supply situation in xi ’an,and conducted the research on the supply cost and efficiency of public goods.In order to deeply understand the xi ’an residents for acceptance of tap water price and water saving water guide effect,carried out in xi’an 3 county district 10 random sampling surveys of xi "an ordinary residents,found that xi ’an residents to accept was the attitude of the current water price,residents generally believe that the current water price is moderate.At the same time,it also proves the positive influence of water price perception on water-saving behavior,and proves the water-saving guiding effect of water price increase.The rationality of the price of water for residents in xi "an existing problems,the social economy level of development,water resource endowment factors into account,found that the current xi ’an current special industry of water and water of local residents,the main components are in the same type city of medium or low level,and on how to establish and improve the reasonable water price adjustment mechanism are also proposed.In the light of the scientific nature of the classification of the water fee in xi ’an,the special industry scope is adjusted in combination with the industrial structure characteristics of xi ’an and the water resource endowment.And analyzes the influence degree of the adjustment range,found that after adjustment for delimit industry profits effect is not obvious,and due to eliminate industry wide range can benefit under limited extent more citizens.
