Research On The Supply Efficiency Of Public Goods Based On Rural Rights And Interests

With their intrinsic attributes and unique value,public goods with ethical rural rights and interests play a key role in reducing relative poverty,realizing rural revitalization,and promoting common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.The supply efficiency of public goods with ethical rights and interests in rural areas is not only related to the utilization of national resources in rural areas,but also affects the realization of values such as social equity.Through data envelopment analysis(DEA),the analysis of the supply efficiency of rural rights and interests ethical public goods in 31 provinces or cities in China from 2016 to 2020 shows that from 2016 to 2020,the number of provinces with pure technical efficiency of rural rights and interests ethical public goods supply reached 1 in China remained at about 18,that is,nearly60% of China’s regions have a high management level in the process of rural rights and interests ethical public goods supply.However,there are still about 40% of the areas,and the management capacity needs to be further improved in the supply of public goods with ethical rights and interests in rural areas.In order to further study whether the supply efficiency of rural rights and interests ethical public goods in China is randomly distributed or spatially correlated,Geo Da software is used to analyze the spatial distribution of comprehensive technical efficiency of rural rights and interests ethical public goods supply in 31 provinces or cities in China.Specifically,it includes global spatial correlation analysis and local spatial correlation analysis.The results show that the spatial effect of comprehensive technical efficiency of rural rights and interests ethical public goods supply in China from 2016 to 2020 is increasing,and the spatial correlation is more significant.With the help of the spatial Dubin model,the spatial regression analysis of the supply efficiency of rural public goods with ethical rights and interests in China confirms that there is a significant spatial dependence on the supply efficiency of public goods with ethical rights and interests in rural areas in China.Finally,according to the research conclusions,three suggestions are put forward: attaching great importance to the supply of public goods with ethical rights and interests in rural areas,improving the management capacity of public goods resource input for ethical rights and interests in rural areas,and strengthening communication and exchanges in neighboring provinces.
