Research On Chinese Venture Philanthropy Modes

Since Reform and Open-up policy,both economic system and philanthropy industry have changed a lot.People get to know more and more about “social management” and“philanthropic finance” so that social enterprise and social security market have been advancing.Government,society and market all attach importance to venture philanthropy because it can allocate the resource effectively through financial ways.However,there is a few practices of venture philanthropy in China so the operation mechanism needs to be improved.The main topic of the article is the operation of venture philanthropy.Different patterns of venture philanthropy in China are analyzed.In addition,the aim of the article is to design an appropriate operation mechanism for venture philanthropy and to come up with several advice.In this paper,I introduce the development and character of European venture philanthropy.Then the article divides the mode of venture philanthropy into social organization cultivation mode,social entrepreneur training mode and project evaluation mode.The thesis derives each mode's basic characteristics by analyzing the typical cases.In comparison with European venture philanthropy,it is found that there are a few disadvantages for Chinese venture philanthropy.Aiming at solving these problems,the thesis draws lessons from the experience of European venture philanthropy,and designs an appropriate operation mechanism for Chinese venture philanthropy.On a basis of the research,I summarize the entire article and make recommendations.
