Research Of Chinese Traffic Police Safety Enforcement

As the frontier law enforcement force,traffic police shoulder the maintenance of China's traffic safety order and the important mission to ensure the unimpedence of roads.In the context of the increasingly serious social security situation of social security nowadays,the traffic police are facing various of potential dangers in their daily law enforcement process,especially with the occurrence and exposure of various attacks,the traffic police security law enforcement has become both a center of public opinion and a public security organs that need to solve a major issue.Through the access and read the literature,I found that China has not yet make a systematic summary and research for problems of traffic police.Therefore I hope through the thinking and analysis of the existing problems of or the traffic police law enforcement system to sum up the effective measures and recommendations upon improvement of traffic police law enforcement securityIn this paper,the status quo of traffic police security law enforcement is discussed in detail by means of case analysis,literature,comparative study and expert interview,and the characteristics of traffic police enforcement are summarized.Combining with typical cases to analyze the possible damage and its source that suffered by traffic police may be affected by law enforcement.By summarize,it can be found that traffic police in the process of law enforcement problems mainly from two aspects: objective and subjective ones.Objective reasons include the attackness of motor vehicles,violent law enforcement by objects,misplace of protective and the increase in the number of motor vehicles as well as other issues.Subjective reason is the lack of security awareness of their own traffic police,the ability to regulate law enforcement is not strong and the combat capability is inadequate.According to the case reflecting the problems and causes of the right medicine,put forward to improve the existing traffic police security law enforcement methods and recommendations.The solution is divided into two aspects: macro countermeasures and concrete measures.Strengthen training in the macro,improve the training program,cultivate good habits,training methods to innovate and strengthen public opinion to guide the work.In the practical measures,this article draws lessons from the advanced experience,combines the relevant data theory to analyze how to stop the vehicle,how to identify the risk of law enforcement and the disposition of the anti-behavior and put forward the specific law enforcement measures and suggestions.
