Research On The Construction Of University Mergency Response Plan Based On Situation On Struction Theory

According to statistics released by the national bureau of statistics in 2015,at present,the normal school,college students is about 40.18 million,higher than in 2008 nearly doubled.The increased number of colleges and universities,the increase of the number of students in colleges and universities,virtually increased the difficulty of the safety management of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities emergencies by employees as the main body of teachers and students in the university,improper handling can lead to the stagnation of the university education work,even affect school social image,thus severely hampered the development of colleges and universities.The study focuses on the contingency plans of emergencies in colleges and universities,and starts from the situation construction,and analyzes the general phenomenon of the causes and present situation of the emergency contingency plans in colleges and universities.First of all,taking H colleges as an example,this paper analyzes the development of emergency contingency plans in colleges and universities,the status quo and the existing problems and causes analysis,and puts forward the main problems that need to be considered and solved.And then use the scenario construction theory to construct the scene structure diagram of college emergency contingency plan,analyze the role of scenario construction in emergency plan.And taking the case study of H students in colleges and universities as an example,this paper analyzes the situation of contingency plan construction in colleges and universities based on scenario construction,and compare the traditional contingency plans with the traditional contingency plans.Finally,according to the theory of scenario construction,the author puts forward the perfect path of emergency contingency plan in colleges and universities,and provides a reasonable reference for the development of contingency plans in colleges and universities.The research and practice of contingency plans in colleges and universities belong to the interdisciplinary field of public administration and pedagogy.It is an important component of the development of knowledge interdisciplinary construction.The research results can promote the development of two disciplines at the same time,so as to improve the theoretical level and practice level.The purpose of this paper is to study the contingency plan of colleges and universities based on the scenario construction theory,which can play a certain role in improving the ability of dealing with emergencies in colleges and universities,especially to enhance their crisis decision-making ability and realize the transformation of scenario construction to concrete measures and complete the transformation of theory to practice.
