The education mode of Chinese colleges and universities has gradually changed from traditional "elite education" to "mass education",which provides the guarantee of talents for social development.As the main base of talents cultivation,Chinese colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of exporting talents for the society.However,due to the characteristics of dense population and difficult management,college emergency occurs frequently,which greatly threatens the personal safety and mental health of students,and also brings hidden dangers to college environment and social security,so college emergency management has become an important function of modern college management.Therefore,the combination of the theory of emergency management and analytic hierarchy process to carry out research and explore the level of emergency management in Colleges and universities is not only conducive to the investigation of the hidden dangers in the aspect of emergency management in Colleges and universities,but also conducive to the excavation of innovation in the aspect of emergency management system in Colleges and universities.The important role of emergency management in Colleges and universities is self-evident and has been recognized by most scholars.However,a series of specific problems,such as how to predict the hidden danger in advance,how to take targeted emergency measures to minimize the loss and damage,are still inconclusive.Based on this,this study takes Xi’an University of petroleum as an empirical research object to explore the level of emergency management and Countermeasures to improve emergency management.In this study,a large number of cutting-edge documents are studied,and the evaluation index system is constructed based on the actual management situation of universities in China.Taking Xi’an University of petroleum as the empirical research object,questionnaires are issued and data are collected,and AHP is used to evaluate and analyze the various index levels of Xi’an University of Petroleum’s emergency response capability,and finally,the emergency response capability of Xi’an University of petroleum is targeted The importance of the three criterion levels and 17 scheme level indexes of the force is ranked.Based on the analysis of the weight of 17 program level indicators,six program level indicators affecting the evaluation level of Xi’an University of petroleum emergency response capability are obtained,which are emergency plan drill,organization and command,information collection,processing and transmission,personnel communication and cooperation,psychological crisis intervention and guidance,and data sorting and filing.Based on these six indicators,the paper proposes to improve Xi’an University of petroleum Learn the countermeasures and suggestions of emergency response ability.
