Means Of Rehabilitation Of Offenders In Prison Optimization Research In China

How to effectively punish criminals and transform them into law-abiding citizens is the major issue faced by the current prison authorities.Prison administration,reform-through-eduacation,and reform-through-labor,which have long played an extremely important role,are three major means of the transformation of criminals.However,due to the relatively extensive management of prison administration,it is difficult for this mean to play a protective role.The reform-through-eduacation system is not sound enough to take effect.And the reform-through-labor system didn't run as expected,which also exacerbated the weakening of the reform-through-labor system's function.This paper applies the relevant knowledge of public relations management,taking the prison system of Fujian Province as an example,uses the method of investigation research and literature research,and applies incentive theory and the theory of governance to the transformation of criminals.First,the author will advocate the application of classification and scientific detention,Reward and punishment management and handling management differentiation to strengthen the basic role of prison management.Secondly,the target can be achieved through the enrichment of the content and methods of the reform-through-eduacation system and the improvement of the psychological correction work,promotion of the socialization of education and professional and restorative justice to deepen the work of education reform center.Then,we shall use the transformation of creative labor,the establishment of comprehensive labor reform evaluation mechanism and labor benefit distribution mechanism to optimize the carrier role of labor reform.Through the collection of the literature on the reformation on prisoners,the inspiration of the research method and the work experience of the prison system,and the integration of the Ministry of Justice,and the Laws,regulations and legal system of Fujian Province,and the analysis of the existing problems about the methods of remedy for the prisoners in our country,this paper puts forward the optimization of the recommendations and path to perfect the means of remedy for prisoners in our country,which can offer certain inspiration and reference significance for other scholars.
