Research On The Management Dilemma And Countermeasure Of Prisoners In S Prison Of Anhui Province

Prison,as the executing organ of penalty and the machine of national violence,is the last line of defense to safeguard social fairness and justice.The prison’s management of prisoners is related to their influence on social security and stability in the future.In recent years,with the continuous development of society and economy in China,the requirements for prison functions are getting higher and higher.However,the difficulties faced by prisons in the actual management of prisoners are becoming increasingly prominent.This paper takes the prisoners in S prison in Anhui Province as the research object,summarizes the problems existing in the process of prison management through questionnaire survey and interview.On the basis of Marxist theory of human nature,incentive mechanism and human resource management in public sector,according to the actual management of prison staff,and combined with the prison management system at home and abroad,the reasons of prison staff management dilemma are analyzed from various angles.Finally,from the aspects of prison’s own management system,system guarantee,modern management concept,construction of the police force,strengthening the means of managing prisoners and introducing social resources,this paper explores the countermeasures to solve the prison prisoners’ management dilemma,so as to effectively improve the level of prison management prisoners,and promoting prisons to transform criminals into law-abiding citizens and safeguarding the fairness and justice of the rule of law in society.
