Research On The Current Situation And Innovation Of Prison Management System For Prisoners

Prison is the criminal punishment organ of our country,and it is also an indispensable part of the superstructure of the whole society.Ruling the country by law is the basic principle of people's governing the country.Developing socialist democracy,perfecting the socialist legal system,governing the country by law and establishing a socialist country ruled by law are the important goals of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Under this background,the political and legal front and prison system of our country have shown their special functions.Under the premise that social justice is guaranteed,social governance is realized and social order is maintained,the responsibilities of the political and legal front and prison system are more important.Based on the management of a prison in Jiangxi Province,through the actual investigation of the management of a prison in Jiangxi Province,through the summary and analysis of the relevant research results,using the theoretical knowledge of public management,public governance theory,coordination governance theory,prison and so on,this paper chooses a prison in Jiangxi Province as the research object,from the prison's work function,the labor transformation of prisoners,prison and so on.This paper studies the construction of prison people's police contingent,and specifically analyses the impact of the prison-enterprise integration system on prison functions,the deep-rooted concept of traditional prison personnel education and reform,and the urgent need to improve the prison people's police contingent construction and other major problems in prison management.In view of the causes of the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as speeding up the reform of prison system,perfecting relevant laws and regulations of prison management,strengthening the function construction of prison reform,establishing a scientific and feasible prison personnel labor reform system,and strengthening the construction of prison people's police force.These targeted countermeasures can effectively improve the efficiency of prison management of prisoners,and have a good guiding significance for strengthening the labor reform of prisoners and standardizing the law enforcement of prison police.
