The Study Of Problems And Countermeasures Of Communist Youth League's Participation In Social Governance In District A Of Luzhou

Social organizations play a huge role in promoting the modernization of social governance.Looking at the recent two or three decades,domestic to foreign,east to the west,many organized social welfare services and public welfare activities related with environment protection,science and education culture,health care,social assistance and so on have the reflection of social organization.Communist Youth League,being a special social organization,is led by Communist Party of China,closely linked with the youth,women and workers,and it also has the protection,authorization and recognition from the regime.First of all,in political level,this kind of organization is the best network to connect the people.It has a good mass character,institutional and organizational elements,so it is also the cornerstone of Party organization.It is an important measure for the Communist Youth League to maintain and strengthen the political nature,the advanced nature and the mass in the field of social governance.In recent years,by promoting voluntary service,and constantly promoting the transformation of their roles and organizational restructuring,the Communist Youth League in A District of Luzhou,has met the practical needs of the party's youth mass base in new situation.It due to not only the promotion of national governance modernization,local Party committee and government governance optimization,but also depends on the initiative of the Communist Youth league,including initiative response to Party Government,co-embedding to social organizations,and grassroots link to young people.But at the same time,the Communist Youth League in A District of Luzhou provides not only experience.The foundmental Communist Youth League organization still hosts some problems in the present,some even more serious which hinders development of the Communist Youth League organizations,weakened the cohesion,burdens the organization and hurts consciousness.The causes of these problems and the countermeasures to solve these problems need to be studied.This study provides a new perspective for the empirical analysis and theoretical discussion on the action logic of the Communist Youth league.
