Dilemma Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Community Grid Governance

The eighteen report proposes that we should speed up the process of urbanization and pay more attention to and improve people’s livelihood.As the basis of urban and rural construction,promoting community governance,and truly building a good community and developing well,it is an important guarantee to improve the level of urbanization and enhance the well-being of the masses.At present,the typical community governance in China: Community Grid Management is in the development and reform period,constantly improve the living standards of residents,the residents demand diversification has put forward higher request to do community grid management.At present,there are still many problems in Community Grid governance.This paper try to start from the concept of community grid management,on the basis of previous research,select the Chongqing community T,field investigation,detailed analysis of the development process,the community grid governance situation,advantages,based on the T grid Community Governance Dilemma research,analyze predicament the questionnaire survey and empirical analysis.Finally according to the theory and the empirical results,try to put forward some suggestions to improve the grid community governance: establishing and perfecting the organization and operation mechanism;perfect the grid based on the corporate governance and promote the level of grid security;management team;guarantee the participation of diverse subjects;establish the corresponding incentive system.
