| Since1999,China has entered the aging society,the aging trend has been strengthened,the labor borned before reform and opening-up has entered the old age.At the same time,the birth of the newborn under the family planning policy has now entered the prime of life,The labor market structure has changed.In the development trend that the elderly population increased and the labor reduced,the burden of family and society becomes more and more serious,it is extremely important to study and promote the new social pension system in the whole society.As a relatively mature serves system in foreign countries,the choice of long-term home care can not only maximize meet the needs of the elderly,also can make full use of the old man's house resources,save public expenditure.This paper focuses on the supply and demand status of home care services in Dalian,and analyzes the current situation of the supply and demand of home care services for the elderly influence factors,the existing problems and countermeasures are studied in detail.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the first two chapters,include the concept of home care service as well as the domestic and foreign literature review;the second part is the third chapter,the empirical analysis of the elderly home care service needs.In this part,through the questionnaire to the elderly,to understand the needs of the elderly home care,and through the logistic two regression analysis to find out the influence factors of the elderly home care service needs,the main body of this part is the government and community workers;The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions.This part is on the basis of theoretical and Empirical Analysis on the results of several chapters,starting from the theory of welfare pluralism,from four aspects of government,community,enterprises and individuals to put forward measures to solve the problem of the elderly home care service supply and demand imbalance. |
