Research On The Temporal Variation Characteristics Of Terrorist Attack In China And The Influence Factors

In recent years,with the continuous development of globalization,terrorist attacks have attracted the attention of people all over the world as one of the most concerned issues of public security.The international status of China has rising rapidly.It has become the largest developing country and the second largest economy in the world.So the terrorist attacks in China is not optimistic,which has gradually become one of the serious unstable factors in China’s development process.Based on the global terrorism database(GTD),the literature research and related theory,this paper will build a theoretical framework of research on terrorist attacks influence factors respectively from two aspects.One is terrorist attacks driving force,and the other is terrorist attacks means.Based on the analysis of the temporal and spatial trends of terrorist attacks in China,we will do the research on finding affecting factors both on the occurrence of terrorist attacks and the level of casualties in China.First of all,this paper reviews the current research progress and the achievements of the terrorist attacks.Secondly,it will summarize the detail influencing factors on the terrorist attacks from the perspective of civilization conflict theory,open organization theory and the cost-benefit theory in order to construct the theoretical framework.The framework will help analyze the influencing factors of he terrorist attack occurrence and consequences respectively from the driving force and terrorist attacks means.Thirdly,this paper will analyze the temporal and spatial variation of terrorist attacks in China based on the global terrorism database(GTD)in a more visual way.This research will provide the basis for the analysis of influencing factors.Fourthly,this paper will analyze what factors will cause a higher level of death using correspondence analysis method.And then according to the theoretical framework,the characteristics of terrorist attacks in China and our country’s reality,my research will summarize the factors that affect the occurrence and consequences of terrorist attacks in china.Finally,according to the current situation and influencing factors of terrorist attacks in China,this paper will give some countermeasures to prevent and respond to terrorist attacks.It is found that the imbalance of economic development and resource allocation,the internal resources and organizational structure of terrorist organizations in China,and the cost of organization will affect the occurrence of terrorist acts.The timing of terrorist attacks inFebruary and in July,the use of firearms and explosives,and the terrorist attacks on commercial and civil property targets were associated with high mortality levels.On this basis,this paper offers proposal from the aspects of regulation of terrorist organizations driving force and control means of terrorist attacks.Specifically the suggestions include reducing members of a terrorist radicalization speed,improving the terrorist organization and opportunity cost,giving some countermeasures and suggestions to prevent terrorism finance mechanism,weakening terrorist organizations access to resources,which will provide the reference for the relevant departments in china.
