Comparative Study Of Neighborhood Relations Between Gated Communities And Open Communities

Our society is in rapid development and transformation period,the gap between the rich and the poor has increased,leading to frequent social conflicts,urgent social problems are increasing at the same time,residents living in the city community in the neighborhood with the social development and changes have produced a series of changes,become cold and unfamiliar with the relationship between people.the city became cold and lack of temperature.The family is the smallest unit of the community,the community is the smallest unit of society,so the relationship between the family can reflect the operation of the community,while the operation of the community and social integration is closely linked.Therefore,the study of neighborhood relations is of great significance both for the operation of the community and social integration.At present,the mainstream community in our country are Gated Community and Open Community,so we choose the Open community and the Gated Community as the research object.In this paper,we use cross analysis,behavioral observation,literature review,interviews,comparative analysis and other methods to study the relationship between the Gated Community and Open Community neighborhood relations.The research contents include neighborhood literature and neighborhood relations theory,the choice of the study area and the scope of the study,two community daily,landscape spatial neighborhood relationship status,explore the factors affecting the neighborhood,two community neighborhood comparison and analysis,combined with the research results and puts forward concrete suggestions to improve neighborhood relations.Finally,it is found that the neighborhood relationship of the Open Community is better than that of the Gated Community,which is closely related to the comprehensive factors such as the connectivity of the Open Community and the outside world and the residential structure environment.The neighborhood cohesion of Open Community is greater than that of the Gated Community,and the neighborhood relationship of Gated Community is more of a superficial and polite neighborhood relationship.Although there are different characteristics between the Open Community and the Gated Community neighborhood,the owners who live in it have become accustomed to and adapt to this kind of neighborhood relationship.So the neighborhood is more of a social norm for community residents behavior convention,in neighbourhoods continue to produce new contents and characteristics of various factors to promote social development,and towards the match and the direction of social development update.
