Since the founding of the State of Israel, the successful diplomacy has laid a solid foundation for the rise of Israel.Strategic interest-oriented,interaction between both national and international environment emphasized, diplomatic decision affected by subjected interests are three main features applied to Israeli foreign policy. The relations between Israel and Iran have been fronted with detours and obstacles since1948.Meanwhile,Israeli foreign policy on Iran in different historic periods is a true reflection of the great influence of both national and international factors on state foreign policy. From the view of Israel, the article firstly combines the historic background in Middle-East with specific Israeli diplomatic issues to show the bilateral relations between Israel and Iran since the founding of Israel.Secondly, the article puts emphasis on Israeli developing foreign policy on Iran after the Cold War.Thirdly,we try to explore the new development of Israeli policy on Iran in the Post-Iran Nuclear Deal Era from the perspective of rational choice based on prominent features of Israeli foreign policy. In the research on international relations in Middle East Region,as two rising non-Arab forces, the development of relations between Israel and Iran proves to be significant to the regional stability.By standing from the view of rational choice, the article points out that,Israel will certainly have direct interaction with Iran on Iranian nuclear issue and geopolitical security when Israel seeks its relative gains in the Post-Iran Nuclear Deal Era.Considering that Israeli policy on Iran is restrained by international community, there is little chance for Israel to implement unilateral military measure on Iran if Israeli national security is not at risk. For Israel, strategic deterrence and attention to Iran seems to be a wiser choice.
