A Study On The Comprehensive Agreement On The Iranian Nuclear Issue

After the hard and lasting negotiation,the United States,the United Kingdom,France,Germany,China and Russia finally reached the "Comprehensive Agreement on the Iranian Nuclear Issue" known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action(JCPOA)with Iran on July 14 th,2015 in the Austrian capital,Vienna,which means the 12-year-old Iranian nuclear issue has been temporarily resolved.The Iranian nuclear issue is not only a legal and technical issue,but also involves the effective operation of the international nuclear nonproliferation mechanism and the international authority;and the Iranian nuclear issue was a hot issue in international politics,involving the vital interests of the great powers and the balance of power in the Middle East."Comprehensive Agreement on the Iranian Nuclear Issue" was the compromise product of the long-term negotiation between Iran and other six large countries which reflects the patience and determination of the related parties who tried to resolve the Iranian nuclear issue but also shows that the agreement itself is not perfect and has a lot of loopholes,consequently,the implementation of the agreement will encounter a severe test and full of variables in the future.Based on the evolution of the Iranian nuclear issue and the negotiation process between Iran and the six countries,this paper tries to reveal the whole picture of the Iranian nuclear issue by analyzing and discussing the main contents and reasons of the “Comprehensive Agreement on the Iranian Nuclear Issue" and its impacts and prospects in the future as well.This paper mainly includes four parts:First.The background of signing of "Comprehensive Agreement on the Iranian Nuclear Issue".This part has reviewed the historical background of the Iranian nuclear issue and the negotiation process of the Iranian nuclear issue "6 + 1",and analyzed the reason for signing "Comprehensive Agreement on the Iranian Nuclear Issue",thus laid a solid foundation for the following main content and influence of the agreement research.Second.Main content and evaluation of "Comprehensive Agreement on the Iranian Nuclear Issue".Because of the total of agreement are 150 pages,this paper summarized it into seven points and two charts,and analyzed and expounded important value of the agreement and the existing defects.Third.The influence of "Comprehensive Agreement on the Iranian Nuclear Issue".The "Comprehensive Agreement on the Iranian Nuclear Issue" not only causes an important impact on the economy,polity,and diplomacy of Iran,also has important influence on the relationship between big powers and Iran.Iran is the great power in the Middle East,the "Comprehensive Agreement on the Iranian Nuclear Issue" will inevitably have impact to the traditional power structure of the Middle East.Fourth.The future outlook of "Comprehensive Agreement on the Iranian Nuclear Issue".This paper summarized the implementation of agreement since more than a year,mainly discussed the current difficulties faced by the agreement from two aspects,domestic and international factors of Iran,and prospected the future of "Comprehensive Agreement on the Iranian Nuclear Issue".
