Practice And Exploration Of Drug Control In H County Of Guangdong

As the drug abusehas intractable,strong communication,complexity and repeatability characteristics,it become the obstacle of social and economic development.From the 1840 "Opium War",China’s drug abuse is always social problem.The government and the people put a lot of manpower and material resources dedicated to control the drug abuse,for creating a good atmosphere of peace and harmonious social development.Since the reform and opening up,in the fight against drug crime,combined with their own actual situation,Guangdong Provincemake full use of a large number of foreign advanced concepts and measures,and summarize the experience and lessons of the anti-drug struggle,constantly adjust the ideas and methods of governance drug problem.After entering twenty-first Century,with the gradual improvement of social governance and social service level,Guangdong province has made innovations in exploring new ways and measures for drug control.At present,Guangdong governance drug problem has been from a single special treatment to comprehensive strategy.Inspired by the theory of social governance,and the theory and practice of social governance and grid management as the starting point and direction of research,I am try to comparative analysis of the problems of management of drugs problem under the new situation,to demonstrate the social governance theory and grid management for the feasibility and effectiveness of the governance of the drug abuse.Throuht the background,current situation and historical causes of the drug problem analysis,comparing it to more than seven years after repeated process of hard exploration and practice,summarize the Hcounty experience of governance drug problem,and put them in the national governance pattern of the drug problem to review,in order to find the H county the managerial experience of success and promotion,to provide reference for the goverment of drug abuse in future and similar social problems.
