Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Party Building In Non-public Enterprises

On March 2012,general secretary Xi Jinping made instructions on the work of Party building in non-public enterprises in the National Conference as: "the number and role of non-public enterprises determines that Party building in non-public enterprises is playing a more important role in the construction of the whole Party,so greater efforts should be devoted to make it function well.Since 1921,Party building has been a powerful weapon to protect our party in the revolutionary struggle to defeat the enemy and made a great contribution to the economic construction since the founding of new China,especially after the reform and opening up.After the reform and opening up,China's non-public enterprises have sprung up,and the party building in non-public enterprises has become another important part of our party building.Due to historical reasons,our party construction work is perfect in state-owned enterprise;in comparison,party construction work in the non-public enterprises is relatively slow,main problems are shown as unreasonable Party organizations at all levels,the relatively loose daily management of Party members and a lack of a unified coordination mechanism.However,the non-public enterprises party construction is an important part of our party building,which carries the responsibilities of promoting the development of enterprises,safeguarding the rights and interests of enterprises and employees,coordinating the relationship between business owners and individuals,enhancing our party mass base construction.Since the reform and opening up,although the party building work in non-public enterprises has made progress and is developing,but there are still many problems we have to face at this stage,including the unbalanced Party building work,low work efficiency of the organization,insufficient coverage,imperfect and decentralized management system,doubt and misunderstanding of business owners about Party construction in enterprises;non-scientific working mode and mechanism of the party organization and incomplete function of Party cadres.These problems constraints the Party building work all the time,but also restricts the development of enterprises and social progress.By improving the party building leadership system and management system of non-public ownership enterprises,expanding the party's mass base in the enterprise,helping change the attitude of the enterprise management and all the people of the grass-roots towards party construction work so as to encourage them actively cooperate with and participate in the party construction work,and trationally using Party organization to improve the staff spirit,improve the individual ability of employees and managers and finally expand the enterprise development potential,the party building work has more important practical significance in promoting the development of enterprises,uniting people from all walks of life and consolidating the ruling status of the party etc.At present,China is in an important period of economic transformation,and the traditional concepts and new ideas are in the fierce collision in each aspect of social economy.When the collision happens in the party construction work of non-public enterprises,it is urgent to make timely analysis of the problems at the present stage and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper focuses on the current situation of China's non-public enterprises.It starts with elaborating the important practical value to strengthen the work of Party building in non-public enterprises and summarizes the work and encountered [problems of Party building in non-public enterprises in current situation and then analyses the causes and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
