Research On The Party Building Of The Non-public Enterprises

With the further development of socialist market economy, thenon-public enterprises’ Party building has become a new projectsince China has adopted the policy of the reform and opening up,which is very significant to research. So by studying the Partybuilding of the non-public enterprises is good for the non-publicenterprises to develop both their own economic development andthe Party building, which can realize our country’s sound and rapideconomic and social development as well as the construction ofsocialist harmonious society and the great rejuvenation of theChinese nation.At present，because of the different times and levels of thenon-public enterprises in our country’s different areas, according tothe particular work and regional differences of the non-publicenterprises, this paper select a typical non-public enterprises asthe main research object to analyze the ways to efficiently carry outthe non-public enterprises’ party building. After reading manyacademics which make the author understanding the basiccontents about the Party building of the non-public enterprises andvisiting the non-public enterprises in local area, this paper makeuse of the interview method and questionnaire survey respectively to focus on facts and data analysis on the basis of the relevantmaterials and papers by using the data of intuition and interviews,fully expounds the problems universally existing in the non-publicenterprises’ Party building, dig the reasons and propose thecorresponding solution measures.There are five parts consisting of the whole paper.Part I: Clarifying the related theories of the non-publicenterprises’ Party building, the definition of the non-publicenterprises and their contributions as well as the development ofnon-public enterprise’ Party organizations and their functions. Thenon-public enterprises refers to the enterprise owned by privatecitizens in mainland China or economic sectors owned by foreign,Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan dominate or have the relativedominant position of enterprises. Non-public enterprise Partyorganization’s function mainly includes the political leadingfunction, keeping the party organization’s function, the function ofthe ideological and political work and the construction of spiritualcivilization and supervision function, etc.Part II: Clarifying the inevitability of the non-public enterprises’Party building, which is not only the need of consolidating Party’sruling foundation, but also the need of the non-public enterprises’own development? Non-public enterprises’ Party building canstrengthen the Party organization and class basis as well as expandits mass base. At the same time, non-public enterprises’ Partybuilding can educate and guide the non-public owners’ legalbusiness, the honest code of honor, meanwhile can create a goodinternal and external environment for business development. Part III: Selecting the typical non-public enterprise as theresearch object to visit by using questionnaire and interviewmethod to investigate the enterprise so as to understand theenterprise’s Party organization whose advantages and difficultiesaccumulated in the process of the construction and development,which can share the references and enlightenments for the othernon-public enterprises in the local region.Part IV: Analyzing the current situation of non-publicenterprises’ Party building from the source, it’s easy to find thedifficulties that the other non-public enterprises’ Party buildingfaces in the same local region, such as unclear subordinaterelations of the Party organization, the development operation levelof the Party organizations is low, the management of party membereducation’s content is single. Summarizing the reasons that theParty organizations are difficult to play their role, such as bosses’right of the Party organization are limited, Party organizationactivities are lack of funds and time, Party building’s methods areinappropriate.Part V: Putting forward the concrete means of non-publicenterprises’ Party building by strengthening the enterprises’external environment support, clearing the subordinate relationsamong the enterprises’ Party organizations of the CPC partyconstruction, speeding up the development of the party members’construction, perfecting the party team, innovating the content andform of the Party organization activities, which can help thenon-public enterprises’ Party building fully play their advantages, soas to better promote the non-public economy in keeping the rapid development of the national economy and absorb labor obtainemployment, optimize the industrial structure and promote newindustry development, promote the market competition.
