Study On The Legal System Of Renewable Energy In China

Human survival and social development can not do without energy,energy sustainable supply determines whether human beings can achieve sustainable development.At present,the world's energy supply is still dominated by traditional fossil fuels,but the traditional fossil energy reserves are limited,one day will eventually dry up.In addition,the traditional fossil fuels contain large amounts of carbon composition,in its use and consumption will emit large amounts of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.With the long-term exploitation and utilization of traditional fossil energy,the existing traditional fossil energy reserves have been seriously scarce,and have a profound impact on global climate change.Climate change and traditional fossil energy supply shortage has become the two largest human problem must be solved.So the search for a continuous supply of energy and low carbon energy is the only way which must be passed to go to replace the traditional human fossil.Renewable energy has both renewable and clean characteristics,the global reserves are also very rich,is the best alternative to traditional fossil energy.Therefore,many countries in the world have committed to the development and utilization of renewable energy,has taken a series of promoting renewable energy development and utilization of the means to cope with climate change and energy supply security through the implementation of large-scale development of renewable energy industry.Firstly,the status quo of China's current legal system of renewable energy resources were analyzed in detail,illustrates the connotation of renewable energy,China's current renewable energy laws and regulations and China's current legal system of renewable energy resources,and the problems and shortcomings of the existing renewable energy law system are summarized.Next on the United States,Britain and Germany legislation in the field of renewable energy,analyzed the effective system of foreign legal system of renewable energy resources,summarizes the foreign successful experience to promote the development of renewable energy.Finally,according to the existing problems of renewable energy law system and the successful experience of foreign countries to promote renewable energy development,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve China's current renewable energy legal system.An effective way to protect the security of energy supply and respond to the environmental crisis is to strengthen the development and utilization of renewable energy,but renewable energy system in China's legal system in practice there are still many problems and shortcomings,which requires continuous improvement of China's current legal system of renewable energy resources,and promote the development and utilization of renewable energy in China.
