Theoretical Logic And Practical Innovation Of Villagers’ Autonomy In China

China’s villagers self-government system in the implementation of more than 30 years in the process,has made initial achievements,and accumulated some basic experience.However,with the continuous development of economic and social changes,China’s long-term implementation of the village government as the main government of the villagers autonomy system in practice encountered many difficulties and problems,while rural areas of some economic and social changes for the villagers to open up new autonomy Of the road to prepare the basic conditions.To this end,this study should re-sort out the relevant theoretical basis for the implementation of villagers’ autonomy,and analyze the initial achievements and problems of each macroscopic theoretical level.Then,based on the case analysis of Yongquan Village in Wuxiang County of Shanxi Province,this paper analyzes the basic experience,problems and causes of villagers’ autonomy in Yongquan Village and the countermeasures and suggestions.On this basis,from the perspective of democracy,autonomy and the rule of law on the promotion of the continuous development of villagers in China’s countermeasures and suggestions.This article includes the following sections,which are summarized as follows:First,the introduction part,mainly introduces the background and significance of this study,research methods and innovations and difficulties and related domestic and foreign literature review and review it;Second,the author discusses the three theoretical bases of the villagers’ autonomy in our country,and analyzes the development of the villagers’ autonomy in our country over the past 30 years from the three macro aspects.It mainly analyzes the basic experience and the positive influence and the difficulties and problems.The basic experience and problems of the villagers’ autonomy in Yongquan Village are discussed on the basis of the theoretical basis of the villagers’ autonomy and the development of the villagers’ autonomy in the past 30 years.Theoreticalreasons for analysis.Fifth,from the perspective of autonomy,democracy and the rule of law to promote the continuous development of China’s villagers countermeasures and suggestions for analysis and research.This paper argues that we should promote the further development of villagers’ autonomy from three levels: to optimize the autonomy system in the villagers’ autonomy,to promote the democratic construction in the villager autonomy,and to perfect the rule of law system in the villagers’ autonomy.
