A Study On The Popularization Of Marxism From The Perspective Of Internet

Marxism is founded by Marx and Engels,and the latter promotes the continuous development of the theoretical system.It is a series of academic thought and a scientific system concerning the general law of the natural,social and ideological development.Besides,it is the guiding ideology for the working class and its political parties to carry out socialist revolution and construction and to complete the transition from the socialist society to the communist society.Furthermore,it is the scientific theory and scientific method for emancipating the mind,seeking truth from facts,starting from reality and examining and developing the truth in practice.Although it has long been emphasized,the popularization of Marxism is far from being realized in China which is one of the socialist countries.In the present era with rapid development of the Internet and information technology,the Internet has become not only the distribution center for varieties of ideological and social demands,but also the major battlefield for ideological battles.The Internet can easily lead the direction for the development of public opinions.From the perspective of the Internet,promoting the popularization of Marxism and the researches on its realization path is an intrinsic and practical need for maintaining the vitality and combat effectiveness of Marxist theory,an important move and a key step in strengthening Marx’s theory research and construction project,a scientific path and inevitable choice for continuously expanding the influence and persuasiveness of Marxist theory.To figure out the way to further promote the popularization of Marxism is not only a major strategic issues for China’s access to the Internet community but also a major practical issue.Adopting the method of literature research,the method of theory to practice and the multidisciplinary comprehensive research method,the present study elaborates the opportunities and challenges for mass popularization of Marxism from the perspective of Internet,on the basis of thecharacteristics and development of the Internet and the accordance with the characteristics of Internet information dissemination and expression forms of Internet information.Thereafter,some suggestions concerning the construction of the popularization mode of Marxism and the necessary measures that should be taken in China from the perspective of the Internet are proposed in this thesis.
