On The Protection Of The Labor Rights And Interests Of Tour Guides In China

During the fast development of tourism in our nation,tour guide,the front-line staff,is playing a more and more important role.However,owing to many limitations in systems of organization and salary,there are many problems in tour guides' rights,which is bad for the developing of tourism.On account of this,the laws need to do some revolutions on the systems of organization and salary,aiming to guarantee the labors' rights fundamentally.This paper attempts to the relevant theories and practices both at home and abroad,proposing some renovations on tourism's law to protect tour guides' rights.This paper has four parts.Part one is introduction,posing the problems on tour guides,and doing some general illustration.Part two is practical analysis,using relevant examples to study the current situation on tour guides' rights and the root causes in china.Part three is the analysis on legal system,with a view to our current laws,discussing the law reform and practice difficulties of tour guides' rights in recent years.Part four is specific suggestions on law reform,basing on our country's reality,referring to relevant law system abroad,proposing suggestions on the protections of tour guides.The conclusion:The fundamental method is to improve and practice relevant legal system,and then stimulate the guides work and improve their occupational qualities,to establish a stable and orderly tourism market.
