| At present,the rapid development of the domestic economy brought by the process of the urbanization,With the total number of the population of the city rising sharply,public travel problems has become an urgent problem need to be solved.According to the data,in our country,the public transportation of large cities such as Shanghai,Beijing and Guangzhou is mostly developed by the combination of rail transportation and ground transportation.At the same time,in most cities,ground transportation,such as taxis and buses,has become very common.Therefore,how to develop rail traffic rapidly becomes an important way to solve the problem of urban population travel.Rail transportation,especially subway transportation,has different advantages compared to other forms of transportation.Metro transportation is fast,environmental protective,carrying capacity better and so on.At the same time,the safety level of subway transportation has also caused public attention.The sudden occurrence of subway accidents in recent years has also been a reminder and inspiration to us.In this context,in order to cope with the subway emergencies better,this paper is based on the subway station emergency in high density crowd emergency evacuation management research.This paper mainly based on the theory are:the crisis management theory,risk society theory,collaborative governance theory.Through the combination of theory and practice,the current situation of subway emergency management are summarized,and I analyzed the influence of Subway Emergency in high density crowd emergency evacuation efficiency factors,and widely absorb foreign(the United States of New York and Tokyo of Japan)subway emergency management experience,compared the subway management in China with abroad on the use of existing data and reality emergency management,obtained suitable for high density population to improve the subway emergencies in the emergency evacuation efficiency countermeasures and suggestions.This paper shows that the ability of emergency management of domestic metro can be improved by improving the emergency prevention and preparedness,emergency linkage and rescue,and emergency recovery and reflection. |
