Urban development is a dynamic process of "equilibrium disequilibrium equilibrium".Since the reform and opening up,based on the needs of urbanization and social and economic development,the development of mega cities has become the focus of urban development in the past period of time.The main means of the adjustment of administrative divisions during the county(city)District,the city area increased,a significant expansion of urban areas,the scale of city urban area is too small,lack of development,low administrative efficiency,the county(city)peripheral districts "and the district land idle area international economic integration is blocked and other issues,the problem is the root of all types of resources,elemen,ts of regional imbalances,as the further development of large city in common.The key to solve the problem of inter city regional imbalance is to focus on the development of the city from the scale of the city to the external expansion of the internal integration of the city,under the guidance of inter regional equalization of urban areas.This paper summarizes the adjustment of administrative divisions spatial clustering,commonly used gravity model and sphere analysis method,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and the innovation and improvement of the default judgment,for the city to adjust the direction of the trend scenario.Finally,with the population density,reserve land resources,economic density,the number of units under the jurisdiction of the city,the distance between the 5 indicators of the balance of the project evaluation and comparison,the optimal adjustment of the city area.
