| In recent years,the economy of our country has shown rapid growth,our society also has made progress continuously with changes of the environment.The number of people attending civil service examinations has been increasing year by year,and there are more people joining the rank of the civil servants.It is a focal point for the government departments to do human resource management for civil servants,in addition,how to attract talents,retain talents,cultivate talents has also become an important issue of government departments.Establishing and improving the motivation mechanism of civil servants is of great importance to enhance the overall quality of civil servants,to prevent the loss of the excellent talents,to build a service-oriented government,and to build an efficient,uncorrupted and energetic civil service.The civil servants of QS county Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision have common problems of low work efficiency,the lack of work enthusiasm,the difficulty of promotion and so on,which are largely due to the lack of motivation mechanism.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct the civil servant motivation mechanism of QS county Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.This article firstly combs the motivation theory and the research of motivation mechanism at home and abroad,expounds the meaning of the motivation mechanism of civil servants from the beginning of the research background and significance.Then using the related theory as the basis to analyze the motivation mechanism present situation of the civil servants of QS county Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision,although the current motivation mechanism exists,that is not perfect.According to the present motivation mechanism’s situation,the article designed the motivation mechanism questionnaire survey of all the civil servants with the evaluation method of the employee satisfaction.The questionnaire survey shows that the existing problems of the motivation mechanism are the inadequacy of motivation ideas,the lag of the motivation mechanism construction,the singleness of the motivation measure and so on.And then putting forward to solutions according to the existing problems,with the five principles of people oriented,combining material motivation with spiritual motivation,the fair competition,the consistent of personal goals and organizational goals,combining positive motivation with negative motivation,starting from transforming motivation ideas,using the rich motivation measures to optimize the motivation mechanism of salary mechanism,evaluation mechanism,promotion mechanism,reward and punishment mechanism,training mechanism,mental motivation mechanism and negative motivation mechanism.Finally,proposing four safeguards for QS county Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision civil servants motivation mechanism to run effectively,including four aspects of formulating motivation plan,establishing employees’ motivation archives,environmental safeguard and supervision safeguard. |
