| Performance management is the core content of human resource management, which is vital to improve organizational management, to perfect the incentive system, to found organizational value, and to realize strategic targets. As an important national law enforcement, Administration of quality and technical supervision is fulfilling the construction strategies of "Public-Service-Oriented" and "modern management" organizations. How to strengthen Civil servant's performance management and improve the performance of organizations or individuals has become all important thesis of Administration of quality and technical supervision.The main object of this study is the service performance management system of Ji'An bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. I entered Ji'An bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision in 2006, understanding the unit's Civil servant's performance management system, and also have a more profound experience with its problems. In this paper, I will learning and research the theory of civil performance management, and advanced international experience, based on the Ji'An bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision's Civil servant's performance management status and analysis of its problem, and give some advices. I hope of this study will be a useful inspiration to the system of the Civil servant's performance management in bureau of quality and technical supervision. |
