A Study On The Supply Of Rural Public Culture

This paper from the evaluation of the supply of rural public culture to discuss the problems exists in this stage of the supply of public culture, and targeted measures and recommendations which could improve the level and quality of government public culture. Specific studies are as follows: First, build effect evaluation index system of public cultural supply with six dimensions, including infrastructure, qualified personnel, funding, public cultural activities, intangible cultural heritage protection and social participation; secondly, use the AHP to determine the relative importance of various indicators, and draw the main factors affecting rural public cultural supply; Finally, Qingdao, for example, combining the fuzzy evaluation method to do a empirical research, draw the result of local direction is “good”, then conbine the results of AHP and fuzzy evaluation analizes the major problems in rural public cultural supply at present, then proposes the targeted improvement measures based on the principles of universality and particularity in field of philosophy, and try to put forward effective policy recommendations on this basis which has extensive operational meaning.This analysis combining “quantitative and qualitative”and “Common- Individual – common”is a new attempt in field of rural public cultural supply’s research, hope to provide useful references for study and research in Qingdao and the whole country.
