Research On The Protection Of Political Rights And Interests In The Development Of Farmers In China

China is a rural country with a large proportion of the total population of agriculture.China’s agriculture,rural areas,farmer problems have always been the main problems of different stages of development in China.Agriculture,rural areas and farmer problems,is always a global and fundamental problem.This is determined by China’s basic national conditions.The Problem of Farmers’ Rights and Interests Maintenance is the Essence of the Problems of Agriculture,Countryside and Farmers.After 30 years of reform and opening up and the construction of socialist democratic politics,China has made remarkable achievements in protecting the political rights and interests of citizens.For the farmers’ political rights and interests protection has also made great achievements.But there are still many problems in the protection of farmers’ political rights and interests.This paper is based on reality.Through the vertical development of farmers’ political rights and interests protection and horizontal rich contrast to study this issue.From the perspective of safeguarding the political rights and interests of farmers to promote the development of farmers to redefine the connotation of the protection of farmers’ political rights and interests on the basis of the related literature and the development of the reality.This connotation mainly includes four aspects: the election rights and interests of farmers’ development,the rights of political participation,the rights and interests of political supervision and the rights and interests of political expression.And then analyzes the status quo of these four aspects of equity,especially the status quo and reasons of the lack of equity.The author thinks that the existence of these problems is mainly due to the political rights inequality of farmers’ development,the imperfect political system at the grassroots level,the lag of political interests and the low awareness of farmers’ political participation.On this basis,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to safeguard the farmers’ political rights and interests.The measures include four aspects: legal system,grassroots democracy system,peasant political organization and rural economic and cultural development.And strive to solve the problem of political rights and interests in the development of farmers at the present stage,as well as the improvement of farmers’ political rights and interests protection mechanism will provide a solid theoretical basis and a new research perspective.
