Research On The Promotion Of Local Government Credibility From The Perspective Of Network Public Opinion

With the internet used by more and more people and the awareness of public democracy improved,the Internet has gradually become an important platform for people to express political views and interact with the government in modern society.During the communication,there will be a lot of public opinion in field,which may be inconsistent with or contrary to the voice of tne mainstream media of the local government.the formation of the network of public opinion,is a challenge,but also an opportunity to the local government credibility.The credibility of the government is the image of the local government,but also the soft power of the local government to serve the people.Through collating cases,we can see that in recent years,the local government have made significant progress and development in dealing with the network public opinion events,the concept of early administrative is quietly changing.The government through the rigid flexible and economic way,on the one hand to improve the network transmission and other laws and regulations,on the other hand use micro-blog,WeChat and other network platform to interact with the public,timely response to people,the credibility of the local government is getting better in this positive interaction.However,public opinion events occurred in recent years,also reflected that in a certain level or area,there are still some local government have the wrong service concept,low sensitivity of public opinion,slow response,public opinion guidance ability is weak,response effectiveness is low,the masses satisfaction is poor in dealing with network events of public opinion.The cause of secondary disasters of network public opinion even meet the eye everywhere public opinion crisis case,continue to erode the credibility of the local government.The article analyzes the typical network public opinion cases in recent years,recount the credibility of the local government is facing difficulties,from the appearance to the real content of reaction in the presence of the local government credibility worrying scene.On this basis,according to the modern government "serving the people" and "people-oriented" concept,under the guiding ideology of "to build a comprehensive sharing of social governance structure",which proposed by the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,put forward that the local government in dealing with the network public opinion event should establish a correct concept of service,strengthen the rule of law and the responsibility of the government,the construction of standard public information,strengthen public interaction with users,standardize the network ecological order,strengthen the network of public opinion,to pave the way for the maintenance and enhance the credibility of the local government.
