When it comes to the mobile Internet era,the Internet has filled people's life,changing people's original living conditions and realizing better social development.Through the Internet,things that previously could not be completed gradually become a reality,and everyone can become a communicator of information,everyone is a journalist.At present,there is a period of prominent social contradictions and various emergencies occur frequently.People's speech becomes very active at this time,and online public opinion is also extremely active.As the public,we have the right to express our views on social phenomena and to actively discuss existing problems.Social influence exists.This document at the time of study,mainly s district network public opinion in dalian as the research object to explore,in the construction process of the mechanism construction,in addition,based on the actual case in the work,to reflect some problems in the network public opinion work,according to the problems to explore the corresponding measures,put forward reasonable guidance method,and provides the suggestion about how to take measures.This paper first introduces the core concept and theoretical basis of network public opinion.Secondly the S district network public opinion to deal with the status quo,problems and causes are analyzed,and then lists a primary school teacher "S area boys beating incident","S area of a residential property disputes incident","S area some hillside rubbish problem" three network public opinion events such as case,incubation period from public opinion,public opinion outbreak period,public opinion subside phase of three phases,the S district government in these three events approach,behavior,problems for further analysis,get inspiration and experience.This paper mainly studies the online public opinion guidance mechanism of the local government,so as to better grasp the public opinion dynamics,seize the initiative,better propose corresponding Suggestions for the development of public opinion,and help the government to establish corresponding mechanisms and establish perfect guidance strategies.
