Research Of Cooperation Governance Of Arable Land Renovation

Arable land renovation is already a national strategic deployment,it is formally written into the field and the central committee of the government work report.At present,arable land regulation mainly adopts the model of governance,however,the internal defects of the model make the arable land renovation fall into the low efficiency.Cooperation governance mode is the emerging pattern of arable land renovation.Cooperation governance mode not only get rid of collective action,but also improve the efficiency of the arable land renovation.This article will analyze the concept,elements and disadvantages of the model of governance.On this basis,will further analyze the concept,elements and advantages of the cooperation governance model,use the theory of common pool resource to analyze its cooperative behavior,explore how the pattern get rid of the collective action dilemma,summarize the implementation effect of the model.The last,in order to achieve cooperation governance,put forward the countermeasures form four aspects:improve the mechanism,make full use of the social capital,play the role of village elite,clean the role and function of the government.
