An Investigation On Services Of Old-age Care Institutions In Tianjin

The data of national economy and social development reflects the aging in our society,in increasing aging degree and the increasing aging population,the rise of a tight data of pension of our country government planning ability is a big test.In order to follow the development trend of aging population in our country,under the impact of the market economy and the Chinese government this pair of the invisible hand,under the macro-control of our country’s adjustment of endowment pattern also had the very big change,from with thousands of years of family endowment slowly turn into social endowment institutions or even retirement.Thus it can be seen that institutional pension and social pension gradually in our country more and more important role in social elderly service system,and the future institutional pension will be the main force for China’s pension.According to the old people’s physical condition,culture degree,the comprehensive factors such as family,pension institutions should be in addition to the daily life of basic life of the elderly care services,should be more for the overwhelming majority of the elderly physical,psychological and so on various aspects of professional nursing services,to protect the physical and mental health of the elderly.Pension institutions in our country at present stage,however,is still in continuously explore and improve the management and development,is not only the existing total pension institutions and facilities conditions cannot meet the growing demand of the social endowment.And pension agency service itself defects,pension system is not sound institutions endowment service personnel’s professional degree is higher factors are restricting the pension institutions in China,even the endowment career objective factors.Endowment institutions,therefore,the total number,pension institutions infrastructure facilities,medical facilities and other professional facilities and pension service professionals such as supply,has become our country development endowment enterprise,the key to improve the pension service.Based on the social problem of population aging in our country,in the understanding of the status quo and development trend of Tianjin pension mode,has been clear about the pension institutions in the important role of pension service system.Endowment institutions endowment service based on Tianjin as the research object,through the field in the form of questionnaire endowment institutions,according to the city center of Tianjin,around four area,Binhai new area,suburb and congregate the difference of economic development and the humanities in Nankai district,Hedong district,Heping district,Hexi district,Beichen district and Hongqiao district and Xiqing district and Wuqing,Binhai new area,fruits were selected 10 nursing home,500 copies of questionnaires,got the endowment institutions through survey and other forms of old people for pension institution endowment real perception of service quality data.Among them,questionnaires were made up of general situation questionnaire,daily living ability scale,and elderly care requirement questionnaire and satisfaction survey.The data is double-entered through the Epidata3.1 software,and the compiled data is analyzed by SPSS software.And,in this paper,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,through the field in the form of questionnaire endowment institutions,the old man by the pension institution for every question in the questionnaire according to their true feelings to rate,build the quality requirement of Tianjin endowment institutions endowment service evaluation system.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the service quality of the aged institutions,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of service.
