With the acceleration of aging in China,how to achieve “the elderly are properly cared for,medically looked after,meaningfully occupied,culturally updated and recreationally amused”,has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.In “the 12 th Five-Year Plan” and “the 13 th Five-Year Plan”,the Government mentioned that it is necessary to speed up the construction of the pension system to meet the diversified needs of the elderly.As an important pillar of the pension system,the pension institutions have been the focus of attention of the social from all walks of life.With the increase of policy support in recent years,the development of pension institutions has been accelerated.However,whether the quality of service has met the real needs of the elderly is worth thinking.Based on the PZB’s Customer perceived service quality,and do the questionnaire from Quanzhou pension Institutional,for analyzes the present situation of the evaluation of the service quality of the elderly and the factors that affect the service quality of the old-aged care institutions,and finds that Quanzhou pension Institutional service quality problems,pending to improve the quality of service for pension agencies to make feasible recommendations.According to research needs,Firstly,this paper analyzes the service quality of the old-age care institutions by factor analysis and simple descriptive statistics,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the service quality evaluation of the old-age care institutions.Then,the social support for the elderly,namely,subjective support,behavioral and material support,Dimension and dependent variables to find out the key variables.Finally,according to the basic principles of multiple regression model,the factors influencing the evaluation of service quality of old-age care institutions for urban elderly were estimated and modeled.The study found that the overall service evaluation of the elderly in the old-age care institutions in the middle state,the quality of care for the elderly service quality and the empathy of the lowest response factor score.(2)the lack of professional and unstable,can not respond quickly to the elderly;(3)safety oversight mechanisms,ignoring the safety needs of the elderly;(4)the lack of infrastructure for the elderly,Service too much emphasis on external service standards,ignoring the subjective needs of the elderly.The subjective support,behavioral material support and the use of support by the elderly affect the evaluation of the quality of service for the elderly,and the subjective support for the elderly is the most significant.In order to improve the quality of service,the pension agency should complete the construction of facilities according to the actual needs of the elderly,strengthen the elderly mental construction to meet the diverse needs of the elderly in their daily work and management.
