Research On The Innovation Model Of Village To Community

The advance and development of new urbanization,has been the strong power to promote the sustainable and healthy economic development in China.Accompanied by a marvelous community of active or passive involvement in this process,from the 1980 s until today,"Village to Community" has become an important way to change the urban fringe to the city."Village to Community" community is a unique space conversion form which is formed in this process.It has obvious transitional and unstable features,mainly reflect in the following aspects such as,the lack of community spirit of residents,the executive administrative trend of the committee of the community,and the improper disposal of collective assets.Therefore,in the communitarianism perspective,the research on the innovation model of “Village-to-Community” construction and the solution of many targeted issues,has a great significance for promoting the citizenship of the ural transfered population and improving happiness index of residents.Taking Zibo City Yiyuan County Nanma town village(community)as example,we carried on the thorough investigation and analysis in the process of "Village to Community",through field survey(including investigations and the individual interviews,etc.)and the research of Chinese and foreign literature and many other ways.At the last,we ventured the opinion that “Innovating the model of existing community governance”,which is the countermeasures and suggestions during township development of Nanma town village.
