Research On Community Governance Of "village To Residential" In H County, Shandong Province Under The Background Of New Urbanization

In recent years,the pace of urbanization in China has not stopped,many villages in order to catch up with the pace of urbanization development choose to "withdraw the village and live",from the original village into the community,"village to live"community is born."Village to house" can be said to be a new model of community in the process of urbanization,it has its own unique attributes,but also has some characteristics of rural community and urban community.Although the "village to house" community is a kind of intermediate community from rural villages to urban communities,it has some conflicts due to its traditional structure and the modernization of urban communities.Therefore,in practical governance practice,the "village to house" community will encounter various difficulties.Although the "village to house"community has a layer of urban appearance,it is always different from the urban community.The industrial structure and life style of the rural area have prompted the"village to house" community to explore new governance methods in the process of urbanization.Therefore,collaborative management,public service theory,this paper,using empirical case study method,in H county of shandong province as the research object,from the home village changed the community governance reform,this paper studies the home village changed the change of the before and after the community governance,analysis the home village changed the plight of the community governance and the reasons,put forward the corresponding crack,for the community to the change of community governance provides experience and reference.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part:mainly elaborated the research significance and background of this topic,in-depth study of relevant domestic and foreign literature,detailed introduction of the selected research methods,identify innovative points and shortcomings,clear research ideas;The second part:the definition of relevant concepts involved in this topic,the new urbanization and "village to house"community governance are defined in detail,and the theories that need to be applied in the research are clarified to lay a foundation for the research.Part ?:analyze the current situation of "village to house" community governance in H county,shandong province,conduct field research and analyze experience,and summarize the challenges of "village to house" governance reform and future development direction under the background of new urbanization construction;Part iv:through the typical case of community construction in H county,shandong province,analyze the problems encountered in the governance process of "village to house" community,and then analyze the reasons behind the problems by means of field interviews and questionnaires.The fifth part:combined with the theory of collaborative governance and the theory of public service,analyzes the difficulties in the community governance of "village to house" in H county,shandong province,and proposes solutions from different dimensions such as system,talents and organization.
