Research On The Application And Development Of Project Management In Prison Enterprises

Prison enterprises to provide criminals through Labour labor jobs,the service of prison penalty execution work,compared with common enterprise society on the purpose,has obvious particularity.Prison enterprise is an important part of market economy,from the content and form are the basic conditions of the enterprise,has the enterprise general nature,but at present,prison enterprise management is still in the exploratory stage,especially in project management,managers,a prison people’s police in prison is not comprehensive and complete concept in my heart.The prison enterprise plays an important role in the modern economic society,not only for the prisoners,but also for the society.On the one hand,punishment and rehabilitation of criminals are the social goals that the prison enterprises must adhere to and fulfill.On the other hand,the pursuit of economic benefit is the necessary condition for the development of enterprises.Is tangible benefits from management,prison as laws,regulations or administrative subject matter management methods,means,has been very mature,the effect is obvious,but the prison enterprises as a new subject of market economy in our country,various aspects are still on the stage of "development",especially the management,use administrative instead of enterprise management,lead to enterprise efficiency is not high,competitiveness is not strong.This paper mainly USES the method of document collection,system analysis and case analysis to study the application and development of project management in prison enterprises.JZ prison JZC project as a case specific analysis,found that there is a main project time management is too rough,plans,partial,become a mere formality,organization and management is not adapt to the current prison enterprise project management problems,then puts forward specific solutions.Time management,use the WBS task decomposition,milestones,identify,such as critical path theory,defines the JZC project activity list,prioritize,is the activity to estimate the whole project activity duration of resources and activities.The Project software is then optimized for the JZC Project,enabling it to complete the Project within the scheduled time.Organization management,the author USES the basic theory of project management organization,analyzed the problems existing in the project implementation process,combined with the actual situation of JZ prison enterprises,listed by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the organizational structure,proposed conforming with JZ prison prison enterprises mainly engaged in labor services such as processing project organization structure of the enterprise.
