Research On The Problem Of Providing For The Aged In New Rural Community

With the accelerated process of China’s population aging,the proportion of senior citizens in the population is growing.The impact on all aspects of the society is also becoming more and more significant.In this paper,first four village resettlement areas of Jibei Development Zone,namely mao guan,hui xin yuan,jian jia and xu jia xin yuan communities will be taken as an example and will be truthfully reflected the present situation of Jibei development of community endowment services.By means of introducing the concept of Home care,Institution endowment,Community endowment,Pension security,and comparing the differences of Home care,Institutional care,Community endowment,it can be seen the disadvantage of institutional support for the elderly,and the weakening trend of home care model,and then it highlights the urgency and necessity of community home care for the elderly.Based on the research and investigation of the overall situation of Jibei Development Zone community endowment service,this paper analyzes the supply and demand situation of Jibei Development Zone’s community services,reveals the problems of the new rural community home care service.According to the existing problems,this paper further explores key factors restricting the development of community care services.These factors mainly lie in residents themselves,village collective organization and community neighborhood committee.At last,this thesis proposes the countermeasures and suggestions in improving the new rural community care service from such aspects as fund raising,resource integration,resource allocation,operating mechanism,system construction,and so on.
