| Since the Eighteen Session of the People’s Congress, the new central leadership collectiveness adhere to beat the tiger and flies together, which sets off a strong storm of anti-corruption. Therefore, style building and strong anti-corruption become a new social norm. But it is just a process to investigate the case and punish corruption. The ultimate goal is to standardize the operation mechanism, improve the system of corruption prevention, clean up corruption and establish a sound system for punishing and preventing corruption to built political ecology which is afraid of corruption, can’t corrupt, or not easily corrupt. To improve the system of supervision, strengthen the supervision of the power operation of the Department leadership team, the country has carried out the discipline inspection and supervision(out) institutions unified management reform which has achieved some results in recent years,, but the effect is not obvious. The system of the management is still to be improved and perfected. Therefore, this paper expounds the theoretical basis, development course, basic connotation and important significance of the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system with the purpose of promoting the discipline inspection and supervision of the system and strengthening the discipline inspection and supervision system. And take Jinyun County of Zhejiang Province as an example, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing management mode in the practice and the existing problems are analyzed comprehensively. The paper also promotes the discipline inspection and supervision of the system to improve the management system and mechanism to improve the reform and research. It thinks that the presence of the agency must be removed from the Department of economic treatment, job promotion and other aspects of dependence.
