The system of the management is still to be improved and perfected. Therefore, this paper expounds the theoretical basis, development course, basic connotation and important significance of the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system with the purpose of promoting the discipline inspection and supervision of the system and strengthening the discipline inspection and supervision system. And take Jinyun County of Zhejiang Province as an example, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing management mode in the practice and the existing problems are analyzed comprehensively.
