| The ceremony plays the vital role in disseminating civilization and inheriting culture.The ceremony of the Younger Pioneers carries its core functions in the Younger Pioneers’ special cultural traditions and social changes,which is unique and irreplaceable.The Young Pioneers organization has the feature of strictness and normality,with the diversity of educational pattern,which incorporates with systematicness and depth of traditional value and culture of the Young Pioneers.It is easy for children to learn and accept this educational concept and form a complete conceptual system.Ritual ceremony is an indispensable and crucial part to achieve the educational goal for the young pioneers to cultivate their political literacy and collective conception.However,the actual situation of ritual education is unsatisfactory and is lack of intensive and adequate studies on that field.The paper focus on the questions and strategies of ritual education of the Young Pioneers on the basis of investigation and analysis through an selective primary school.The author selects one primary school in Qinhuangdao.Following the logic of asking the question,analyzing the problem and solving the problem,the researcher carries out this study to better develop the Young Pioneers function.The paper holds the guides of the integration of theoretic research and practical research,and adopts documentary methods,questionnaire survey methods,interviewing method to carry on the study.According to the research it is found that: 1.The aim of ritual education of Young Pioneers is consists with the goal of the education of Young Pioneers.2.The content of ritual education is lack of innovativeness,and has the trend of formalization;the independent consciousness education of the children has to improve.3.The form of ritual education of Young Pioneers has the feature of diversification,however,the ritual education is lack the form of practical experience.And the educator should focus on the normalization in this field.4.The effects: Young pioneers have the basic knowledge of ritual education,and have a good command of essence and connotation of the ceremony.Besides,in the study,we also find out some problems,for example,the Young Pioneers are lack of subjectivity in the process of practice;the evaluation system has obvious faultiness on the whole.On the basis ofthe current situation and problems in ritual education,the paper put up with some targeted strategies to improve actual effects of ritual education for the Young Pioneers. |
