Legal Problems Of China’s Express Industry Regulation

The courier industry in recent years of rapid development,has become the most competitive industry today,although only experienced thirty years of development,but now the courier industry has in the world economy has played an important role,not only affects their own enterprises,but also affects the economic structure of other enterprises.In the development of economy,the express industry constantly updated breakthrough in today’s Internet era has brought greater opportunities to express industry,correspondingly,the industry must update the latest corresponding policies to deal with more market risk.After China’s entry into WTO,the third service industry has gradually become the main economic industry,and the express market will enter a new stage of development,facing greater opportunities and challenges.This paper starts from the background of the development at home and abroad,the present situation and Prospect of Chinese express industry was investigated,according to the relevant laws and regulations of the market supervision by analyzing the main obstacles of China’s express industry market supervision and problems,and put forward legal countermeasures of operation practice.This paper consists of five chapters: the first chapter,in addition to the introduction,the second chapter is the review of the current situation of China’s express delivery industry,especially in the rapid development of China’s express delivery industry,and then analyzes the existing problems in the development of express industry,prepare for the necessity of supervision of the express industry.The development of the dynamic development process from the perspective of express courier industry,study the problems exposed in the development process,to explore the potential problems from the dynamic development,so as to demonstrate the necessity of express regulation.The supervision of the express industry can protect the property security in the public domain.It can regulate the order of the express delivery industry and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in express service.The supervision of express industry also plays an important role in the development of China’s economy.China’s express delivery industry has many problems in regulation: first,the legal status of China’s express industry supervision is not optimistic,mainly cannot meet the current rapid development of express industry in the express industry demand,the current situation of legislation and enforcement of dispersed legislation,operability is not strong,law enforcement elements of obstacles.Therefore,the supervision of the express industry should focus on these aspects,which forms the third part of this article.The fourth chapter is the inspiration of the legal supervision of foreign express delivery industry to our express delivery industry.Through the analysis and summary of the current situation of the express industry in Germany and the United States,we can get the Enlightenment from the supervision of the express delivery industry in China.The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for the supervision of the express delivery industry in China.In view of the problems existing in the market supervision of the express delivery industry mentioned in the previous chapter,this chapter will be targeted for our express delivery industry market supervision,legal countermeasures and suggestions.
