Study On The Idle State Of Community Home-based Care Service Center

China has entered an aging society since 1999.After the implementation of a series of population policies such as family planning,people are increasingly affected by the change of traditional family values.The aging of Chinese society is accelerating and the level is deepening.And the social problems caused by the aging of the population are becoming more and more serious.Under the situation of the aging,the government and social organizations have put forward some corresponding solution,such as day care center in community,community home-based care service center and social pension service agencies,the establishment of them provide a new and better choice to pension service in China.Compared with Europe,China’s pension service started late.The establishment of pension service is not perfect,resulting in China’s pension services,there are many problems,which makes the community’s pension service organizations Can not maximize their function,.Thus it is not only a waste of national and social resources,nor can a comprehensive solution to the elderly pension problems.Through the field research,the author focus on the 30 community home-based service center to explore,according to the idle states of community home-based care service center,which mainly includes the community home-based care service.The center doesn’t promote the positioning of the service center there is a deviation,the lack of professional service system,as well as by the elderly and their own pension concept and the impact of lack of resources.For these problems,there are some strategies to improve the idle states of community home-based care service center,which includes further efforts to increase publicity,a clear community home care service center positioning,the promotion of the transformation of the concept of the aged about pension,improvement of the professionalism of service and the help to search for community resources,so as to comprehensively improve the utilization of community home-based care service center,and then play the funtion of community home-based care service center to maximize,so that it canfully help and solve the problems of the elderly in the pension life encountered To alleviate the many problems brought by the aging to the society,to promote the process of socialist modernization in our country,so that it can fully help to solve the problems in eldly’s life,to alleviate the aging problems in society,to promote the process of socialist modernization in our community and to contribute to the construction of a socialist harmonious society.
