Research On Governance Problems And Countermeasures Of Tongshan Community Home Care Service Center For The Aged

At present,China is facing the rapid acceleration of population aging,and the pension problem of the elderly is becoming increasingly prominent.At the same time,home-based elderly care service center,as a relatively emerging elderly care model,is still in the exploratory stage of governance in most areas.Therefore,how to improve the governance of community home-based elderly care service centers,solve the existing difficulties and problems,and enable the elderly to enjoy a higher level of elderly care services is not only related to the solution of the increasingly serious problem of population aging,but also related to the construction of China’s ad hoc socialist modern country.Through investigation and data collection,this thesis summarizes that the governance of community home-based elderly care service center in Tongshan district has achieved the following basic results: first,the organizational security system has been gradually improved,second,the governance effect has been recognized by the people,and third,the governance subject has changed to diversification;However,there are still some prominent problems: first,there is a strong dependence on the government in governance;second,the operation subject is lack of financial resources;third,the residents’ participation enthusiasm is not high;fourth,there is a "superficial" governance situation;The reasons for these problems mainly include: the government’s "meta governance" role is not in place,the lack of effective and sustainable governance mechanism,the low awareness and recognition of the public,and the lack of synergy among various governance subjects.Drawing on the beneficial experience of the governance of community home-based elderly care service centers at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the governance of Tongshan community home-based elderly care service center,including: giving full play to the role of "meta governance" of the government;Improve the multi center collaborative governance mechanism;Give full play to the role of all subjects in the "one core and multiple" governance system;Promote the interaction of multiple subjects and improve the efficiency of collaborative governance.
